The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you complete the registration process and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with st7889, including any period following account closure where outstanding obligations exist.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organization or third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms. Where no such authority exists, you assume personal liability for all obligations arising from Platform use.

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational use;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of st7889 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are not included on any government-issued self-exclusion or prohibited persons list applicable to online gambling.

st7889 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any Balance therein will be subject to review before any potential refund of net deposits.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and active mobile phone number. You undertake to promptly update this information should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify st7889 support immediately.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at the Company's discretion, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (national identity card), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days), and, where required, a selfie photograph alongside the submitted identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). st7889 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods: The Platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer. st7889 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, for which st7889 bears no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB business hours. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 3 hours following approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval is obtained from st7889 support. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered a total amount equal to at least the deposit amount once over. This requirement exists to prevent money-laundering and payment-processing abuse, not as a punitive wagering requirement. This condition applies to real-money deposits only and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.

st7889 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-play credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly displayed on the promotion page before you elect to claim the bonus. You should not claim a bonus if you do not intend to satisfy the associated wagering requirements.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement turnover. Live casino games and slots typically contribute at different rates. The contribution table for each promotion will be specified in that promotion's terms. Bets on certain market types, such as low-margin mix parlay (accumulator) combinations or arbitrage positions, may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

Bonus Abuse: st7889 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and coordinated play across accounts. Where abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, void any resulting winnings, and close the associated Account(s) permanently.

Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the market in question. General rules applicable to all betting activity on st7889 are as follows:

• A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued by the system and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance;
• st7889 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including pricing errors caused by technical faults;
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the applicable settlement criteria are met, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform;
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are published on the relevant event page and may be adjusted by the Company at its discretion;
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the system confirms the transaction, not the odds visible at the time you initiate the request;
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are taken from the relevant official draw source. Results are final once published by the draw operator.

st7889 reserves the right to suspend a Player's betting privileges, or to limit stake sizes on specific markets, where the Company determines that the betting patterns pose an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the market or the financial stability of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by st7889;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including through account sharing or proxy betting arrangements;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing st7889 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the st7889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of st7889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of st7889.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st7889 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, system maintenance, or technical failures outside the Company's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on third-party websites linked to or from the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, st7889's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

st7889 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to keep gambling a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment. We offer the following player protection measures:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account via the Account Settings panel;
• Session Time Controls: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods to manage your play duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all st7889 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

st7889 collects personal data for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) solely to the extent necessary to fulfil these purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a minimum period of five years following Account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

st7889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance prior to the effective date.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which st7889 is licensed and operates. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted under the laws of your country of residence, including Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact st7889 customer support, providing full details of the issue. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer.

Any unresolved disputes regarding bet settlements or Account-related matters that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service designated by the applicable licensing authority. st7889 will cooperate fully with any such referral.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
